Apart of the The Selflove Dictionary by QueenB.Divine
I’ve Noticed that the hardest lies to overcome aren’t always the ones other people tell us. They’re the ones we quietly repeat to ourselves. I’m not good enough. I’m too late. I’ll never change. Someone else deserves that opportunity more than I do. The more we repeat those thoughts, the more believable they become. That’s why I love breaking this word apart: BE-LIE-VE. Sometimes before you can truly believe in yourself, you have to recognize the lie you’ve been carrying. Maybe someone planted it years ago. Maybe disappointment watered it. Maybe fear kept it alive. But here’s the beautiful part—you don’t have to keep living a story that was never true. Every day you wake up, you have another chance to become the person you’re growing into. Stop believing the lie that your past has the final word. Your future is still introducing itself. Believe in your healing. Believe in your growth. Believe that the person you’re becoming is stronger than the person who almost gave up.
“The lie says you’re stuck. The truth says you’re still growing. Don’t let yesterday convince you that tomorrow has already been written.”

💛 Today’s Selflove Challenge
Take a piece of paper and write down one lie you’ve been believing about yourself. Now beside it, write a truth that gives you permission to grow. Read that truth every morning this week until your heart starts believing what your spirit already knows.
✨ Question for you:
What lie are you ready to stop believing so you can become the person you’re meant to be?
