I created this Sagittarius Self-Care Kit because life hits hard, and nobody teaches us how to protect our energy, honor our truth, or rebuild our fire when the world tries to dim it. There was a time when I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize myself. I had always been athletic, always loved to move, but my body had just… shifted. People told me, “Oh, it’s age.” But I refused to accept that.

I don’t know what the rage is, but there’s something far better than Ozempic. Before I get into that, let me share something personal—I’ve been on a journey myself. And let me tell you, healing is not for the weak.

You have to be strong to heal. It’s not just about willpower; it’s about commitment, patience, and an honest relationship with yourself.

But first—how are you? I hope you’re having a good day. I’m feeling a bit wonky because I just did a body cleanse. Nothing gross, don’t worry. Just some apple cider vinegar. (Not medical advice, by the way, just my routine.)

What do you do to cleanse your body? Ever stop and think about what your body actually needs?

My Wake-Up Call

There was a time when I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize myself. I had always been athletic, always loved to move, but my body had just… shifted. People told me, “Oh, it’s age.” But I refused to accept that.

I knew I had been eating well, living consciously, but something wasn’t right. And then it hit me—what if this weight wasn’t just physical? What if it was spiritual? We carry emotional weight, energetic toxins, and past traumas in our bodies. And yes, they manifest physically.

It wasn’t just about food. It was about how I was living, thinking, feeling. I had become sedentary—not just in movement, but in spirit. Depression crept in. The weight piled on. And if Ozempic had been around then, I might have considered it.

The Truth About Shortcuts

The thing is, we always want the shortcut. Whether it’s weight loss, relationships, or healing from emotional wounds, we want the quick fix. But here’s what I’ve learned: real healing takes time. There’s no magic pill, no overnight solution.

Losing weight, getting fit, cleansing your spirit—it’s a process. And just like in relationships, you don’t build something meaningful in three months. You have to put in the work.

Time: The Best Healer

The best alternative to Ozempic? Time. If it took years to put on the weight, why expect to lose it in weeks? Your body needs time to recalibrate, to remember what it once was, to heal naturally.

And let’s talk about these so-called “genetics” excuses. Your body is intelligent. It responds to what you give it. If you can enjoy all those burgers and fries, then you can also enjoy the process of reclaiming your health.

The Real Work

It starts with small, consistent steps:

  • Move your body. Walk, stretch, dance—just don’t stay stagnant.
  • Eat foods that love you back. Learn what works for your body.
  • Detox regularly—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
  • Listen to your energy. Follow the rhythms of nature, the moon, your own intuition.

Healing Is a Choice

When I committed to my health, I didn’t just lose weight—I reconnected with myself. I learned how my body reacts to different foods, different energies, different emotions. And because I took the scenic route, I understand my body now in a way I never did before.

So if you’re struggling, if you’re looking for a shortcut, remember: the best things in life takes time. You are worth that time. Your healing is worth the effort. And when you stop chasing quick fixes and start building real change, that’s when the magic happens.

Take your time. Do the work. Trust the process. And most importantly—trust yourself.

Because healing is not for the weak. But neither are you.
