I grew up in a generation that social media was being outside connecting to people.
Being liked was due to the fact that people knew you and if they didn’t it wasn’t devastating.
bullying was real but it was not epidemic we handled our S*** ( I’m jus’ saying )
And following people was known as creepy.
What skills or lessons have I learned recently? I had to reawaken the lessons of what true connections mean and remind myself of a self validating generation I grew up in. Social media truly has the power to peal away the protective border of self love…stay safe out there and enjoy the podcast and thank you.
